DESCRIPTION: I reached out to Summit Gyms in the greater Dallas, Fort Worth, Carrollton, and Denton, TX area regarding my graphic design services. After looking at my portfolio, they hired me to create a new t-shirt graphic for their gyms.
The GM in Carrollton gave me a little direction on what he had in mind and then let me run with the creativity.
I created a mountain range based off of the Fitz Roy and then reworked the peaks to resemble the Summit Gym logo. The t-shirt illustration was a hit and should be available in the Summit Gyms soon.
After I completed the t-shirt design, the gyms' GM asked me to give their competition poster a shot. He provided a sample from the previous year and asked that I try to hit a similar look and feel. We tried out a few versions and finally landed on a poster that made the Summit Gym management team very happy.
It has been a blast working with Summit Gyms. I can't wait to check out one of their locations in the near future.
